Qualifications and Requirements:

✱ Professor & Doctor’s degree(in principle)

✱ remarkable academic prowess in the engaging field

✱once or having held multiple teaching & scientific research programs with significant research achievements

Qualifications and Requirements:

✱experiences of study or research in first-class universities both in China or overseas

✱Doctors with the title of associate professor : aged 45 or under

Doctors without advanced professional title: aged 40 or under

✱published influential academic papers(no less than 5) on high-level journals in the last 5 years as the first author (including corresponding author)

Remuneration and Benefits

1.Start-up funds for scientific research

✱Humanity：No less than RMB 80,000

✱Social Science: No less than RMB 120,000

2.Salary

✱Doctor of distinguished talents: No less than RMB 210,000 per year (before tax)

✱Other doctors: No less than RMB 180,000 per year (before tax)

P.S. :“One case one discussion”policy is suitable for outstanding talents, besides, good rewards for high-level scientific researches are included.

3.Housing policy

✱Free apartment of 130 square meters can be provided in the first employment term, and housing allowance can be provided with the continued employment.
